We have no categorical requirements for the number of characters or the volume of illustrative material. The city where the writer or artist lives does not matter.
Requirements for authors of texts:
Authors submitting manuscripts for consideration should indicate in a cover letter the scope of the work, genre, target audience, author’s contacts; attach a synopsis.
Requirements for illustrators:
For illustrators who wish to collaborate, please indicate the technique and price, provide contact details of the creator, attach examples, portfolios or links to illustrations/portfolios.
